Dr. Michael Hromadka is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Kalispell, Montana, and Ponderay, ID, with over 10 years of experience. He specializes in cosmetic surgery procedures including surgical refinement of the face, breast and body. His most commonly performed procedures include abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, breast lift, eyelid lift and facelift or necklift at Mountain West Plastic Surgery. He is certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and Mountain West Society of Plastic Surgeons. In addition to his expertise in cosmetic surgery, Dr. Hromadka’s practice includes reconstructive procedures including breast reconstruction. He started his practice at Northwest Plastic Surgery Associates in Missoula before moving to Kalispell in 2015. Dr. Hromadka has privileges at Pend Oreille Surgery Center, Logan Health and Logan Health Whitefish. Dr. Hromadka has emerged as one of the leading plastic surgeons in the Rocky Mountain West. Dr. Hromadka is passionate about caring for his patients and giving them a great surgical result. His area of expertise is devoted largely to cosmetic surgery, although he finds great satisfaction and delivers great results in reconstructive surgery as well. Some of his most popular treatments include facelift, eyelid lift, abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. Noninvasive procedures he performs include BOTOX® Cosmetic, Sciton laser resurfacing, and Juvéderm® injections.

Education and Training

Dr. Hromadka received his undergraduate degree in biology from Elon University in North Carolina with high honors. After graduating, he attended the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, a consistently top 10 rated medical school in the country. During his time there he was involved in research leading to several publications and presentations at regional plastic surgery meetings. After medical school, he was accepted into one of the most competitive surgical programs in the nation, a 5-year residency in general and plastic surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, OK. Dr. Hromadka was in private practice before moving to the Flathead Valley and starting Mountain West Plastic Surgery.

An Adventure Enthusiast

As an undergrad Dr. Hromadka spent a semester studying in the Galapagos Islands, sparking a love for travel that remains a big part of his life. Dr. Hromadka is an avid athlete who spends his free time mountain biking, snowboarding, and backpacking through Glacier National Park with his wife Lindsey and daughter Ada. As an active member of the Flathead Valley community, Dr. Hromadka supports many local non-profits, including:
